واصل المنتخب الوطني أمس تدريباته في مدينة أوستن، استعداداً لمواجهة أوروغواي يوم الإثنين بتوقيت أمريكا – فجر الثلاثاء بتوقيت المملكة – في افتتاح مشواره بكأس العالم 2026
وأجرى «الأخضر» حصته التدريبية على ملعب Q2 تحت إشراف المدير الفني « دونيس»، حيث بدأت بتمارين الإحماء، ثم تدريبات الاستحواذ، أعقبها تطبيق الجمل التكتيكية.
وفرض «دونيس» مناورة فنية على ثلث مساحة الملعب لاختبار الجاهزية البدنية والذهنية، قبل أن يختتم المران بتدريبات مكثفة على الكرات الثابتة – سلاحه المنتظر في مواجهة صلابة أوروغواي.
ويواصل الأخضر تدريباته اليوم السبت بحصة مغلقة على نفس الملعب، قبل أن تغادر البعثة مساءً إلى ميامي بولاية فلوريدا، لبدء معسكر المباراة الأولى.
The national team continued its training yesterday in Austin, in preparation for the match against Uruguay on Monday, U.S. time – early Tuesday, Saudi time – as they kick off their journey in the 2026 World Cup.
The “Green” conducted their training session at Q2 Stadium under the supervision of head coach “Dounis,” starting with warm-up exercises, followed by possession drills, and then tactical plays.
Dounis imposed a technical maneuver on one-third of the field to test physical and mental readiness, before concluding the training with intensive exercises on set pieces – his anticipated weapon against Uruguay’s solidity.
The Green continues its training today, Saturday, with a closed session at the same stadium, before the delegation departs in the evening to Miami, Florida, to begin the camp for the first match.
