أعلن نادي سانتوس غياب نجمه نيمار دا سيلفا عن مباراة الفريق أمام ميراسول المقررة الليلة في بطولة الدوري البرازيلي، بسبب معاناته من إجهاد عضلي، ما يهدد فرصة عودة اللاعب إلى منتخب البرازيل قبل نحو 3 أشهر من كأس العالم 2026.
وأوضح النادي البرازيلي أن غياب نيمار يأتي كإجراء احترازي، وهو ما أصاب مدرب منتخب البرازيل كارلو أنشيلوتي بالإحباط، بعدما قطع مسافة 268 ميلاً من ريو دي جانيرو إلى ساو باولو لمتابعة اللاعب عن قرب، وفقاً لصحيفة «ديلي ميل» البريطانية.
ويواجه نيمار خطر الاستبعاد من قائمة منتخب البرازيل استعداداً للمباراتين الوديتين أمام فرنسا وكرواتيا يومي 26 و31 مارس، إذ صرح أنشيلوتي في وقت سابق أنه لن يضم سوى اللاعبين الجاهزين فنياً وبدنياً.
ويبدو أن الوقت ينفد أمام لاعب سانتوس الذي يغيب عن البرازيل منذ عام 2023 بسبب الإصابات وتراجع المستوى، إذ من المقرر أن يعلن أنشيلوتي عن قائمة القائمة النهائية المشاركة في كأس العالم في مايو القادم.

ويُعد نيمار الهداف التاريخي لمنتخب البرازيل برصيد 79 هدفاً، وقد شارك في 128 مباراة دولية منذ ظهوره الأول مع المنتخب الأول عام 2010.

The Brazilian club clarified that Neymar’s absence is a precautionary measure, which has frustrated Brazil national team coach Carlo Ancelotti, who traveled 268 miles from Rio de Janeiro to São Paulo to closely monitor the player, according to the British newspaper “Daily Mail”.
Neymar faces the risk of being excluded from the Brazil national team roster in preparation for the friendly matches against France and Croatia on March 26 and 31, as Ancelotti previously stated that he would only include players who are ready both technically and physically.
It seems that time is running out for the Santos player, who has been absent from Brazil since 2023 due to injuries and a decline in form, as Ancelotti is scheduled to announce the final squad participating in the World Cup next May.
