ارتفع سعر صرف الدولار الأمريكي مقابل الجنيه المصري خلال تعاملات اليوم؛ ليقترب مجدداً من حاجز 48 جنيهاً للدولار، وذلك رغم الارتفاع الكبير لتحويلات المصريين بالخارج.
ووفق الإحصاء الذي أعدته «العربية Business»، فقد جاء أعلى سعر لصرف الدولار الأمريكي في بنك التنمية الصناعية وبنك الشركة المصرفية «سايب» وبنك قناة السويس والمصرف المتحد وبنك نكست وبنك أبوظبي الإسلامي عند مستوى 47.87 جنيه للشراء مقابل 47.97 جنيه للبيع.
أقل سعر
وجاء أقل سعر لصرف الدولار الأمريكي لدى بنك الإمارات دبي الوطني عند مستوى 47.58 جنيه للشراء مقابل 47.68 جنيه للبيع.
وفي بنوك الأهلي المصري والإسكندرية والتجاري الدولي وفيصل الإسلامي والعربي الأفريقي الدولي و«إتش إس بي سي» سجل سعر صرف الدولار 47.85 جنيه للشراء مقابل 47.95 جنيه للبيع.
ولدى البنك المركزي المصري، سجل سعر صرف الدولار الأمريكي مستوى 47.83 جنيه للشراء مقابل 47.97 جنيه للبيع.
أداء قوي
وكان الجنيه المصري قد اختتم عام 2025 بأداء قوي، إذ ارتفع بنسبة 6.7% أمام الدولار منذ بداية العام الماضي، بدعم من القفزة القياسية في تحويلات المصريين العاملين بالخارج واستعادة السيولة في القطاع المصرفي.
وسجلت تحويلات المصريين العاملين بالخارج خلال عام 2025 تدفقات قياسية تعد الأعلى على الإطلاق، إذ ارتفعت بمعدل 40.5% لتصل إلى نحو 41.5 مليار دولار، مقابل نحو 29.6 مليار دولار خلال عام 2024، وفقاً لبيانات البنك المركزي المصري.
كما ارتفعت التحويلات خلال النصف الأول من السنة المالية 2025-2026 بمعدل 29.6% لتصل إلى نحو 22.1 مليار دولار.
The exchange rate of the US dollar against the Egyptian pound rose during today’s transactions; approaching again the barrier of 48 pounds per dollar, despite the significant increase in remittances from Egyptians abroad.
According to the statistics prepared by “Al Arabiya Business,” the highest exchange rate for the US dollar was at the Industrial Development Bank, the Commercial International Bank “CIB,” the Suez Canal Bank, the United Bank, Next Bank, and Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank at a level of 47.87 pounds for buying against 47.97 pounds for selling.
Lowest Price
The lowest exchange rate for the US dollar was at the Emirates NBD at a level of 47.58 pounds for buying against 47.68 pounds for selling.
At the National Bank of Egypt, Alexandria Bank, Commercial International Bank, Faisal Islamic Bank, African Arab International Bank, and “HSBC,” the exchange rate for the dollar was 47.85 pounds for buying against 47.95 pounds for selling.
At the Central Bank of Egypt, the exchange rate for the US dollar was recorded at 47.83 pounds for buying against 47.97 pounds for selling.
Strong Performance
The Egyptian pound concluded the year 2025 with a strong performance, having risen by 6.7% against the dollar since the beginning of last year, supported by the record jump in remittances from Egyptians working abroad and the recovery of liquidity in the banking sector.
Remittances from Egyptians working abroad during the year 2025 recorded unprecedented inflows, rising by 40.5% to reach approximately 41.5 billion dollars, compared to about 29.6 billion dollars during the year 2024, according to data from the Central Bank of Egypt.
Remittances also increased during the first half of the fiscal year 2025-2026 by 29.6% to reach approximately 22.1 billion dollars.
