في تطوير جديد لقضية نجم المنتخب المصري لكرة القدم، حددت محكمة مستأنف جنايات الجيزة المنعقدة بمجمع محاكم زينهم، جلسة يوم الإثنين 24 يناير 2026، لنظر أولى جلسات الاستئناف المقدم من اللاعب الدولي رمضان صبحي، نجم نادي بيراميدز ومنتخب مصر، على الحكم الصادر ضده من محكمة أول درجة بالحبس لمدة سنة مع الشغل والنفاذ.
صدور الحكم الأولي
وصدر الحكم الأولي ضد رمضان صبحي في القضية المعروفة إعلامياً بـ «تزوير محررات رسمية» المتعلقة بتزوير امتحانات معهد الفراعنة، حيث أدانته المحكمة وحكمت عليه بالحبس سنة مع الشغل والنفاذ في عملية التزوير في المستندات والشهادات الدراسية.
وقد تقدم محامو اللاعب بطلب الاستئناف فور صدور الحكم وإيداع المحكمة حيثياته، مؤكدين عزمهم على تقديم الدفوع والمستندات التي تثبت براءة موكلهم من التهم المنسوبة إليه، وطالبوا بإلغاء الحكم الصادر أو تخفيفه على أقل تقدير.
ويُعتبر هذا الموعد حدثاً مهماً في مسيرة اللاعب البالغ من العمر 27 عاماً، الذي يُعد من أبرز نجوم الكرة المصرية في السنوات الأخيرة، خاصة بعد عودته القوية مع نادي بيراميدز وتألقه في الدوري المصري الممتاز والبطولات الأفريقية.

In a new development regarding the case of the star player of the Egyptian national football team, the Giza Criminal Court of Appeals, convened at the Zinhom Courts Complex, has scheduled a session on Monday, January 24, 2026, to consider the first hearing of the appeal submitted by international player Ramadan Sobhi, star of Pyramids FC and the Egyptian national team, against the ruling issued against him by the first-instance court, sentencing him to one year in prison with hard labor and enforcement.
