ألزمت هيئة السوق المالية، ابتداءً من إعلان النتائج المالية للشركات المدرجة للفترة القادمة من خلال شركة تداول السعودية – تداول، بتعديل نماذج إعلانات النتائج المالية للشركات المدرجة ليتم الإفصاح عن كل من صافي الربح (الخسارة)، وإجمالي الدخل الشامل العائد لمساهمي المصدر بعد خصم (حقوق الأقلية) – إن وجدت.
حماية الحقوق
وأوضحت الهيئة أن هذا القرار يُعزز إعلانات النتائج المالية للشركات المدرجة، ويرفع مستوى دقة قراءة النتائج من هيئة السوق المالية، بما يسهم في حفظ حقوق المساهمين وحماية المستثمرين.
The Capital Market Authority has mandated, starting from the announcement of the financial results of listed companies for the upcoming period through the Saudi Exchange – Tadawul, to amend the financial results announcement templates for listed companies to disclose both net profit (loss) and total comprehensive income attributable to the shareholders of the entity after deducting (minority interests) – if any.
Protection of Rights
The Authority clarified that this decision enhances the financial results announcements of listed companies and raises the accuracy of reading the results from the Capital Market Authority, contributing to the preservation of shareholders’ rights and the protection of investors.
